Symptom

Why you attempt to sign in to Microsoft FrontPage Extensions admin panel your user name and password are rejected.

Cause

  • Your user profile has not been updated with your new password.
  • Microsoft FrontPage Extensions is not supported by your web hosting plan.

Resolution

Please open a new Support Ticket quoting this error. We will remove and reactivate Frontpage Extensions on your domain, or upgrade your account with FrontPage Exentions.
