• Your Ecenica Hosting plan
• Your cPanel login details

Steps to backup your MySQL database

1. Login to your Ecenica Hosting cPanel. See How to Login to cPanel
2. Click Backups
   

   cPanel Backups

3. Under Download a MySQL Database Backup, click the name of the MySQL database
   

   Click the MySQL database to download a backup

4. The MySQL backup file will start downloading to your PC or Mac
   

   Download the MySQL backup to your PC or Mac
