Billing

The login is the username and password you have registered with your Ecenica Hosting account. This is usually the username and password you entered when you signed up.

If that password is not working, please go to https://ecenica.com/myecenica/ and click the Forgot Your Password link.

To start the password reset, enter your registered contact email address or username. If you have not updated these since you first signed up, these details will be the original email and username you entered when you placed your order with Ecenica Hosting.

You’ll then be asked to enter the answer to your security question. Answer your security question correctly and you’ll be logged in and shown your username and password.

If you have forgotten your username, email address, or answer to your security question don’t worry! Please contact Ecenica Hosting via email or live chat requesting a password reset. To help us, please provide as many details about your account as possible. See Contact Us for times and availability.

Before we reset your password, we may need to request some information to verify your identity.

Email

We are unable to reset email passwords. See Change email password in cPanel or Change email password in Windows WebsitePanel.

Webmail

Webmail uses the email password so does not have it’s own password. See above for help resetting your email password.

Database

We cannot reset database passwords. Instead you can create a new user with a new password, and assign the user to your existing database. This will not delete your database or delete any data in your database.

Website Admin

We cannot provide usernames and passwords for your installed script/software. There is no way Ecenica Hosting staff can know what username and password you chose when you installed the script/software. Instead, we recommend contacting the script/software developer for help. In most cases, scripts like WordPress have their own mechanism for resetting passwords.This page is wiki editable click here to edit this page.
