Symptom
You get the following error message when downloading email;
Task ‘email@example.com – Sending and Receiving’ reported error (0×800CCC92) : ‘Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server responded: -ERR Unable to log on. Only one connection to a mailbox permitted at a time.’
Resolution
First check your Outlook account settings and renter your password. If problem persists, change your email password through your control panel and re-enter the new password into Outlook.
