Symptom

When you send an email message in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 you get the following error message;

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: test
Sent: 6/30/2009 1:48 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

‘User@Domain.com’ on 6/30/2009 1:48 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.

Resolution

See The From field is blank in an e-mail message that is in the Sent Items folder in Outlook 2003
