Problem
When you view your email account in Ecenica Webmail 2.0 or in your PC/Mac email application you see 2 or all 3 of the following folders:
- Sent
- Sent Items
- Sent Messages
Cause
Every PC/Mac email application uses a different folder to store the emails you send. Below is a listing of the email applications and what folders they use:
| Application | Default Folder |
| Ecenica Webmail 2.0 | Sent |
| Apple Mail | Sent Messages |
| Apple iPhone | Sent Messages |
| Outlook 2007 / Outlook 2003 | Sent Items |
| Outlook Express | Sent Items |
| Windows Mail / Live Mail | Sent Items |
